Superstition is a belief in a non-physical (i.e., supernatural) causality : that one event causes another without any physical process linking the two events.
Why do we believe that those not linked circumstances will decide our fate?


Touching wood to get or stay lucky, avoiding every black cat that crosses our way. There are tons of mysterious rules people do observe. It makes us feel kind of safe to live by following these individual things. It's a phenomenon.
